C&B Specialist

You’ll do

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and on-time salary payment.
• Handle Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance (BHYT), Unemployment Insurance (BHTN), maternity/sickness benefits and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare and process Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations, annual tax finalization and related procedures.
• Maintain and update employee data on HRIS, payroll systems and internal records.
• Monitor attendance, leave management and provide payroll-related reports.
• Stay updated on Vietnam Labor Law, Tax and Social Insurance regulations to ensure compliance.
• Partner with the HR team to design, improve and standardize HR operational processes, driving automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Participate in building and optimizing HR systems (HRIS, workflow automation, AI-powered tools and internal platforms) to improve efficiency, reduce manual work and enhance employee experience.
• Research, propose and implement AI solutions to optimize HR operations, including payroll, employee data management, reporting, document management and other HR administrative processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and other departments to deliver an excellent employee experience.
• Take on other HR projects and operational tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

You have…

• 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll.
• Experience working in Tech, SaaS or Startup companies is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in building, implementing or optimizing HR systems (HRIS, workflow automation, digital HR platforms or AI applications in HR) is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, PIT, Social Insurance and related regulations.
• Comfortable working with HRIS, payroll systems and advanced Excel.
• Curious about technology, open to experimenting with AI tools, and passionate about improving HR processes through automation.
• Good English communication is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
• Proactive, adaptable, energetic and possess a strong ownership mindset.
