We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day tasks, enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities.
You’ll do
Spanish Customer Support (40%):
- Instruction and educate customers to help them get familiar with the product.
- Communicate with customers to support case by case to figure out any problem while using GemPages
- Provide customers with more knowledge to find further information to become better users of the product.
Strategic partnership management (50%):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a group of customers, partners, and networks assigned by BOD to collaborate, obtain information, promote referrals, get things done, and solve problems
- Assist in organizing and coordinating partnership activities such as events, conferences, off-site meetings,...
- Offering insights about the market and customers in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to interact with customers and potential partners via social network channels
Administration (10%):
- Manage complex calendars to support the CEO's schedule
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects, presentations, or meetings.

You have…
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluent in Spanish
- Good communication in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5)
- +2 years’ work experience as an Account Management, partnership, customer support,...or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skill
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work
