We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day tasks, enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities.

 

You’ll do


Japanese Customer Support (40%):

  • Instruction and educate customers to help them get familiar with the product.
  • Communicate with customers to support case by case to figure out any problem while using GemPages
  • Provide customers with more knowledge to find further information to become better users of the product.

Strategic partnership management (50%):

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with  a group of customers, partners, and networks assigned by BOD to collaborate, obtain information, promote referrals, get things done, and solve problems
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating partnership activities such as events, conferences, off-site meetings,...
  • Offering insights about the market and customers in decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to interact with customers and potential partners via social network channels

 

Administration (10%):

  • Manage complex calendars to support the CEO's schedule
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects, presentations, or meetings.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports


You have…

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Japanese: N2, have lived or worked in Japan
  • Good communication in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5)
  • +2 years’ work experience as an Account Management, partnership, customer support,...or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skill
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work

  • Salary range: Negotiate
  • Performance review and competency evaluation: 2 times per year.

    Morning: 8:00 am -12:00 pm (check in from 8:00 am to 8:45 am)
    Afternoon: 1:00 pm - 5:45 pm (check out from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm)
