We are seeking a Growth Marketing Executive to drive growth through strategic and data-driven marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer journey, conducting in-depth customer research, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts.. You’ll do
1. Customer Journey Optimization :
- Map and analyze the customer journey from awareness to retention, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and drive growth.
- Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests to identify high-performing variations of ads, emails, and landing pages.
- Optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives to enhance conversions and user engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Support retention and engagement efforts through personalized email campaigns, loyalty programs, and re-targeting initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, customer success, sales) to ensure a seamless customer experience at every touchpoint.
2. Customer Research & Insights :
- Conduct research on customer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform growth strategies.
- Leverage customer feedback, surveys, focus groups, and analytics to uncover insights that guide marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and key metrics to inform growth tactics and strategies.
- Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with customer needs and messaging.
3. Performance & Reporting :
- Planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid ads).
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as user acquisition costs, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Contribute to building and managing performance-driven paid campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and App Store.
- Growth Hacking & Experimentation
You have…
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role.
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing,, and paid acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Customer IO,etc).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A faster learner with a data-driven mindset, great logical thinking, and tech-savvy
- Fluent English

- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau
- Proof of Ads certifications/training: Google Ads Certifications, Facebook
- Passion for e-commerce
- Experience with SaaS products
