We are looking for an HR Leader to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will be in charge of managing activities from talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and culture development.
Overall, your ultimate goal will be to ensure the company’s HR initiatives run smoothly, contribute to a healthy work environment and remain cost-effective for the company.
You’ll do
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Create new and update existing HR policies and programs to support organizational culture and engagement while ensuring the integrity of internal HR data and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Coordinate with the COO to oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs, create and execute learning strategies and programs to help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Create and manage the budget of the HR department by monitoring expenditures
- Supervise day-to-day HR operations including C&B, employee journey, recruitment, internal communications and L&D; and measure performance against defined targets
You have…
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Any HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) will be considered an advantage
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Human Resources Leader/Manager for a Technology company (Company size: 200+ employees)
- In-depth knowledge of Labor law and HR best practices
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases, OKR and Agile frameworks and how to apply
- Excellent English in both verbal and non-verbal skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Being able to give public speeches is a plus.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- Salary range: Up to $2000
