Why we’re looking for you

We are looking for an innovative L&D Executive to design training programs for employees who need more product/corporate training. 

As a L&D Executive, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to analyze and conduct needs assessments to identify training objectives and evaluate their effectiveness, contribute to human development, and ensure the successful implementation of a product.

You Will…

  • Designing and delivering  training initiatives to ensure staff development and skill enhancement.
  • Craft and revise learning materials, guides, and reference documents to ensure up-to-date and effective training resources.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders or external vendors to identify training opportunities and create relevant training materials.
  • Conducting workshops, sharing sessions, activities to improve the overall knowledge of the team.
  • Implement data-driven methodologies for tracking employee performance and monitoring training progress.
  • Building a knowledge base for the company ‘s employees.
  • Offer guidance and support to managers and staff regarding training-related issues and career development.


You Have…

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Communication, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Learning & Development or equivalent
  • English: Advanced level
  • Product or industry-related experience is a plus
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of training
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to identify gaps in skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Flexible working time:
    • Morning: 8:00 am -12:00 pm (check in from 8:00 am to 8:45 am)
    • Afternoon: 1:00 pm - 5:45 pm (check out from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm)
