We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will lead our marketing strategy. As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be in charge of creating, managing, and executing new (and refining existing) avenues. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our founding team in developing business strategies. Your goal is to help refine our Marketing strategies to attract more potential customers in each segment of our target market (entrepreneurs, store owners, SMEs), making sure they have a great user journey and maximize customer lifetime values. This role requires a deep understanding of Growth Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and a proven track record with other successful brands, particularly other global eCommerce products.
You’ll do
- Collaborating with the Product Team and BOD to develop marketing and business development strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
- Designing and executing Growth & Inbound marketing activities
- Managing Brand & Communications activities including PR, community engagement, and social media to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Cultivating strategic partnerships and participating in partnership activities to expand the company's network and opportunities for growth.
- Conducting a thorough analysis of the user journey to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Identifying opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, retention rates, and referrals to foster long-term customer relationships.
- Building and leading a highly effective marketing team, focusing on workflow, operation process, winning team culture, etc
- Establishing clear goals, KPIs, and OKRs to track and measure the performance of the marketing department.
- Coordinating with internal teams such as product, design, and customer success to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Providing training and support, particularly in content writing, to enhance the skills and capabilities of the marketing team.
You have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Marketing Manager or similar roles in a SaaS company.
- Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English (IELTS 7.0 - 8.0).
- Background in fostering partnerships, community engagement, and driving global business development (B2B).
- Track record of effectively leading and expanding product marketing strategies for SaaS/technology products on a global scale.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM and Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.
- Strong inclination towards data-driven decision-making, adept at handling both quantitative and qualitative data to track, measure, and assess campaign outcomes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
- A leadership style that integrates both creative and analytical approaches.
