You’ll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive company growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and craft actionable sales plans.
- Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team. Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee all sales operations, ensuring successful execution of plans.
- Participate directly in key sales activities to drive client acquisition, close deals, and optimize revenue streams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Track, analyze, and evaluate sales performance using KPIs and metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports and implement improvement strategies to optimize team effectiveness and achieve targets.
You have…
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar roles in a SaaS/ technology products company.
- Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
- Previous strong hands-on experience in sales execution, particularly in IT-related products.
- In-depth understanding of Shopify's platform or the page builder products, including its features, benefits, and use cases.
- Demonstrated experience in building, managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
- Exceptional ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and opportunity identification.
- Effective communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A leadership style that integrates both result-oriented and engaged approaches.

- Salary range: Up to $2000
- Performance review and competency evaluation: 2 times per year.

- Flexible working time:
- Morning: 8:00 am -12:00 pm (check in from 8:00 am to 8:45 am)
- Afternoon: 1:00 pm - 5:45 pm (check out from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm)
